Aylana is not only hard working and determined, but, having immigrated from Bosnia to Canada in 1997,

has also become fiercely tenacious in all the best ways. She has been in Customer Service for over

twenty years and has been working as an agent for five. She is the proud mother of three kiddos.

Community involvement and giving back are extremely important to her and she supports her chosen

Charities with every transaction. Her marketing skills, collaborative attitude, attention to detail, and
